Bein of sound mind and of my own free choice I hereby
give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Blla Cottrell,and her legal
heirs after her,namely:Raymond E.Cottrell,Roy V.Cottrell ~nd
Marjorie R.Cottrell,1c :Teel,or those of the above named 1 al
heirs ~ho may survive,all my estate,real,personal or mixed,of
thatever natu e it rna be ,and whrever it may be found,my wife,
Ella Cottrell,to have and to hold same,as her own poss~ssion and
to be used by her,in what v r manner may seem best.for her 8Up-
~ort and sustenanoe during her lifetime;
If at any ttme it should seem expedient for her to sell
ny portion or portions of said estate to provide for her sustenance
and su.port,she,witL the n~ed executor,are hereby directed to
rna e such sele or sales and to execute such agrp.ements or deeds as
may be necessary and the proceeds of such sale or sales to be
used by her,for her sustenance and support during her lifettme
and at her death,after all debts and funeral expenses are paid,
whatever of said estate shall remain Shall be divided equally
among the surviving legal heirs named herein.
In case of my decease before the sale of the property
located on Christman Avenue.East Washington,Pa.,and on Ellis
Avenue,in est Washin ton,Fa.,I hereby direct that the n ed
Executor of this will and my wife,FIla Cottrell,endeavor to effect
the sale of said propertie ,when the market conditions are favor-
able and When sale is made to use the proceeds to cancel the 1n-
debetedne s on sai propertie ,any proceeds remaining •after
debt's and costs of sale are paid.to be added to the estate sub-
ject to the stipulations in section one of this wi 1.
I hereby appoint F~ond E.Cottrell,as F~ecutor of
my estate to carry out the intents and purposes of thi~ill.
