ville Borou h,ashin ton Coun ,Penns lvania,bein~of sound mind,and
disposing memor ,and -et mindful of the uncertaint of life,do make and
ublish this our last Will and Testiment,hereb revoking an Will here-
tofore made b us,or either of us,and intending to dis ose of the whole
of our estate,both real an6 personal.
First:U on the death of either of us,the survivor shall a all the
debts of the decedent,so far as the estate of the decedent shall reach
to do so,have the decedent properl buried,pa,in all expenses of the
same,including a tombstone to be placed at the rave.
Second:I,Benjamin Do Ie,should I be the first to die,and I,Alice
.Do Ie,should I be the first to die,give,devise and be ueath,and
to the survivor of either of us,all the rest and residue of the deced-
ents estate,both real and personal,to have and to hold and enjoy the
same during the life of the survivor,without ilL eachment of ~aste,with
leave to use the body of the estate ,for necessity.
Third:At the cieath of the survivor the hereinafter named executor shall
a the debts,funeral expenses,including a tombstone at the grave,of
the survivor.
Fourth:At the death of the survivor,~e dire~t that the sum of ten
dollars be bid to our beloved randson,James B.Do le,or a larger sum
if the executor hereinafter named sees fit to do so.
Fifth:At the death of the survivor,we direct that the sum of ten
dollars be aid to our beloved grandd ughter,T la Mae Funk,or a larger
sum if the executor hereinafter named sees fit to do so.
Sixth:At the death of the survivor,we hereb give,devise and be-
ueath all the rest and residue of our estate,both real and personal,
to our beloved son,Donald Do Ie.
Seventh:We hereb make,constitute and a oint Donald Do Ie,our son,
to be executor of this,our 'ill,and direct that he be ermitted to
ualif as such without giving of a bond or other securi ,in an
jurisdiction;and direct that letters testamenta be not taken out
until the death of the survivor of eitber of us,but that the survivor
shall have and possess and enjo all the 1'0 ert of 'hich the one ding
first shall be seised and ~ossessed'of,~ithout hinderance.
