2.I appoint my da ghter Mabel Christy Free,guardian of

Thousand $2000.00 to be uSfd by her for the education of my,
said son but if he will dot avail himself of such education
as his guardian suggests then the said $2000.00 or so much there
of as remains unused shall gq into the resid~ee9f my estate and
be distributed as therein set forth.
3.I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and
I remainder of my estate at my death to my three children Mabel
I Christy Free,Kenneth Christy and barl S.Christy or to the
survivor or survivors of them in equal proportions.
4.I appoint my daughter Mabel Christy Free Executrix of
this my last will and testament but if my daughter is nmt
living at my death then my son Kenneth Christy is to be Executor
