I,CARRIE D.DEEMS,of 221 Sixth Street,California Borough,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore made by me:
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath all of my property,real,
personal,or mixed,of whatsoever type or nature,and wheresoever situate,to
my husband,Leslie L.Deems,to be his solely and absolutely.
THIRD:In the event that my husband,Leslie L.Deems,does not
survive me, I give,devise,and bequeath my said estate as follows:
(a)I give,devise,and bequeath to my son,Edward E.
Deems,a sum af money equal to the premium payments remaining unpaid at the
time of my death on the twenty year endowment policy taken out by me for the
benefit of my grand-daughter,Lydia May Deems,the said Edward E.Deems to
pay said sum of money to the Prudential Insurance Company as said premiums
become due;
(b)I give,devise,and bequeath my savings accour\t,
which is on deposit in the Great Western Savings &Loan Association,4401
Crenshaw Boulevard,Los Angeles,~alifornia,to my two grand-daughters,Irene
Louise Deems and Anita Lucille Deems,share and share alike,to be theirs
solely and absolutely;
(c)All the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever type or nature,real,personal,or mixed,and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to my two children,namely,L.Clayton
Deems and Edward E.Deems,share and share alike,to be theirs solely and
absolutely.

FOURTH:I appoint and name C.A.Pollock,of 317 Third street,
/California,Pennsylvania,to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament.In the event that it is necessary to have an ancillary adminis-
trator appointed in the State of California,I request that Ancillary Letters
be issued to my two sons,L.Clayton Deems and Edward E.Deems.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said CARRIE D.DEEMS,have to this,my
