being ofsound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my Executrix,hereinafter named,as soon as may be
possible,after my decease.----------------"--
SECOND I give and bequeath unto my Daughtar,Loretta Lindauer,all
my household furniture and fixtures of every description.
THIRD

the payment of my funeral expenses and for the erection of
a marker at the grave of my deceased Wife and my own grave
and the remainder,if any,together with any other cash'I
may have at the time of my death,I give and bequeath unto
my Daughier,Loretta Lindauer,in appreciation of serVices

FOURTH I give and bequeath unto my Son,Albert Bertsche,Jr.,my
undivided one-half interest in the grocery and meat busines
now conducted under the firm name of Bertsche's eat 1arket
at #337 ashington Avenue,in the Borough of Charleroi,
ashington County,Pennsylvania.]y said Son,Albert Bert-
sche,Jr.,shall aSSume and pay all debts owing by the
partnership and receive all accounts due and payable to the
f'rm or partnership and shall furnish,free of cost,to his
S ster,Loretta Lindauer,from the store such an amount of
groceries,meats and supplies as Shall be sufficient to

for the period of one year after my death.------------~I
FIFTH I,hereby,authorize,emp~wer and direct my Executrix,
hereinafter named,to sell and dispose of any 'and all real
estate of Which I may die seized and pOSsessed or to Which
I may be entitled after my decease,at either.pUblic or
private sale,at such time or times and on such terms and
conditions and for such price or prices as to her may seem
proper,and to execute,acknowledge and deliver good deed
or deeds of conveyance therefor to the purchaser or pur-
chasers thersof,without the purchaser being required to
see to the application of the purchase money,and direct
that the proceeds arising from such sale or sales shall be
divided equally between my Daughter,Marie Austin;my
Daughter,.Margaret Murray;my Daughter,Florence Dutt~ne;
my Daughter,Julia Lundy;my Daughter,Mildred Arnold;my
Daughter,Loretta Lindauer;my Son,Christopher Bertsche;

share and share alike for their own proper use and benefit
forever.This shall be a continuing power and may be exer-
cised at any time while any part of my estate remains un-
