BE IT REMEMBERED,that I,Robert A.Hunter,being of
sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,and consider-
ing the uncertainty of life,do therefore make,publish and
declare this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT,in the manner and
form following,that is to say:--
FmS!:I,give",devise and bequeath unto William G.Hunter,my
son,the HOUE Farm and all the chattels thereon.Said William G.
Hunter to pay all of my funeral expenses and just debts.Also
illiam G.Hunter is to pay to my daughter Irs.Isadore McConn
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ('500.00).In addition William
G.Hunter is to support my wife Alice Hunter her lifetime.
SECOND:I,have during my lifetime deeded a house ana lot and the
farm known as the Ruth Farm to my son John L.Hunter.This is to
be his sahara of my estate.In consideration of these gifts
John t.Hunter is to pay my daughter Mrs.Isadore McConn the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
AND LASTLY.--I do make,constitute and appoint William G.Hunter
to be the Executor of this my last WILL and TESTAJmNT,hereby
revoking all former WILLS .and TESTAMENTS by me at any time hereto-'
fore made,and declaring this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT.
IN WITNESS ~OF,I have hereunto subscribed my name,
and affixed my seal,the Eighth day of November,in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred forty three.
