OF
ALEX BELLINA
I,Alex Bellina,a resident of Bentleyville,County of
Washington,State of Pennsylvania,being of Bound mind and mem-
ory,do make,publish and declare this my last will and testa-
ment,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
ITE NO.1.I direct that all my just debts and funer
al expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
Iconvenient.
ITEM NO.2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature,and where
soever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of
at the time of my death,to Catherine Bellina Wozinak,my Daught r,
to have and to hold the same to her own use,absolutely and for-
ever.
ITEM NO.3.I have intentionally omitted my daughter~
Stella Bellina,now married,and all other heirs of mine,who
lare not specifically mentioned herein,and I hereby generally
and specifically disinherit my said daughter,Stella Bellina,
and any and all persons whosoever claiming to be,or who may be
lawfUlly determined to be my heirs at law,except only as men-
tioned and provided for in this will.
ITEM NO.4.I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter
Catherine Bellina ~ozinak,xecutrix of this my last will and
testament.
