I,Marcella Bellina,a resident of Bentleyville,County
of Washington,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,cio make,publish and declare this my last will and testa
ment,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM NO.1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found con-
venient.
ITEM NO.2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my pro-
perty,real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature,and whereso-
ever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of
at the time of my death,to Alex Bellina,my husband,for and
during his natural life,and at his death to my daughter,
Catherine Bellina Wozinak,to have and to hold the same to her
own use,absolutely and forever.
ITEM NO.3.I have intentionally omitted my daughter,
Stella Bellina,now married,and all other heirs of mine,who
are not specifically mentioned herein,and I hereby generally
and specifically ciisinherit my said daughter,Stella Bellina,
and any and all persons whosoever claiming to be,or who nay
be lawfully determined to be my heirs at law,except only as
mentioned and prOVided for in this will.
ITEM NO.4.I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,
catherine Bellina ozinak.Executrix of this my last will and
testament.
