,LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
A.J.HAMILTON,JR.
I,A.J.Hamilton,Jr.,a resident of 351 High Street,
Brownsville,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,here-
by revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found conven-
ient.I desire that my executor,hereinafter named,shall spend
the sum of Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00)Dollars for my funeral
expenses,the said sum of money is now deposited in my Safe
Deposit Box,number #338 in THE NATIONAL DEPOSIT BANK,Brownsville,
Pennsylvania.My Executor may spend a greater sum than the
aforesaid amount,if in his wisdom this should be done.
SECOND.I give and bequeath unto my beloved and adopted
daughter,Antionette Olivia West,who resides in Brooklyn,New
York the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars which she must
apply for within six (6)months after my death.If she shall
fail to make demand for same within said six (6)months,then
she shall have forfeited the right to the said Two Hundred ($200)
Dollars and it shall become a part of my residuary estate to be
divided as hereinafter set forth.
THIRD.I give,devise,and bequeath unto my four (4)
beloved nephews~H.Colvin Jones who resides in East Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania,Raymond H.Jones who resides in East End,Pitts-
burgh,Pennsylvania,Seward G.Jones who resides on Harvard
Street,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,and Campbele S.Jones who re-
sides in Brownsville,Pennsylvania,all of my undivided one-half
(1/2)right,interest,and title unto my house and lot located
at 351 High Street,absolutely,share and share alike,and the
unimproved two (2)lots on Pearl Street,Brownsville,Pennsyl-
vania,absolutely,share and share alike.
FOUR.I also give and bequeath unto my said four (4)
nephews all of my undivided one-half (1/2)right,title and
interest into the house and lot on Sixth.Street,Monogehela,
Pennsylvania,absolutely,share and share alike,(see deed from
Euphemia Jones to Charles T.Hamilton,my beloved brother,now
deceased,which said deed has not been recorded and is in a Safe
Deposit Box in the East Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania).
FIVE.Also I give,devise,and bequeath unto my said
four (4)nephews my house and lot located at 95 Angle Street,
Brownsville,Pennsylvania,absolutely,share and share alike.
SIX.I give and bequeath unto my said nephews,share
and share alike;
Two (2)shares of stock,The Philadelphia Company.
Four (4)shares of stock,Standard Gas and Elect-
ric Company.
Two (2)shares of stock,Utility Industrial Com-
pany.
SEVEN.All of the money I may have on deposit in any
bank or banks,in particular,THE NATIONAL DEPOSIT BANK,Browns-
ville,Pennsylvania.
EIGHT.I hereby nominate and appoint one of my said
nephews,Campbele S.Jones to be the Executor of this my last Will
and Testament,without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand to this
Last Will and Testament,this 18 day of Aug A.D.,1937.

From the records and petition for distribution
we make the following
FINDINGS OF FACT.
First.-A.J.Hamilton,Jr.,late of Browns-
ville,died January 21,1941,having first made his last will
and testament dated August 18,1937,duly probated in the
Register's Office of Fayette County on April 10,1941,and
recorded in Will Book 35,page 282,wherein and whereby he
appointed his nephew,Campbell S.Jones,executor,to whom
letters testamentary were duly and regularly granted on April
10,1941.
Second.-Accountant charges himself with the
sum of $613.46 and claims credit for a like amount.In the
..
petition for distribution accountant charges himself with the
additional sum of $326.16 and claims additional credits for
the same amount,leaving no balance for distribution.The
charges in the account and in the petition include the sum of
'725.60 advanced by accountant for the purpose of paying debts,
administration expenses and a specific bequest.

Third.-Under the second paragraph of his
will,te~tauor makes a bequest of the sum of $200.00 to an
adopted daughter,Antoinette Olivia West,now Updyke.This
bequest has been paid and credit taken therefor in the supplemental
account attached to the petition for distribution.The residue
of testator's estate appears to consist of real estate which was
devised to his four nephews as named in the wUl.
DECREE-------
And now,October 23,1942,the account in this
estate having been filed and confirmed nisi,and having been ex-
amined and audited by the court,upon consideration thereof,it
is ordered and decreed that said account be confirmed absolutely,
unless exceptions are filed within ten days.
