being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncer-
tainty of life,do therefore make,publish and declare this to be my last lltlHU and 1Utsf....

FIRST:I order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my Execut or
hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND-I give,devise and bequeath unto my ch!ldren,-Ann ,Jame s
v1ilkie,Alice,Roy,Ruth,and Clyde-at the time of my death all
of my Real Est te whatsoever and wheresoever it may be at the

the person and Estate of such of my children as may be Minors
at the time of my death.
