I,JOSEPH F.CADY,
of GASTONVILLE,UNION TOWNSHIP,County of WASHINGTON
and State of PENNSYLVANIA,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
I direct my Executor hereinafter named to have cut on the
Monument in my Cemetery Lot at James Chapel in Union Township,
Wasp~ngton County,Pennsylvania,my Name,the year of my birth
and the year of my death.
I give and bequeath to James Methodist Episcopal Church in
Union Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of
One Hundred Dollars in full,clear of all Inheritance tax.
I give and bequeath to the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Gastonville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the sum of
One Hundred Dollars in full,clear of all Inheritance Tax.
I give and bequeath to my niece Elizabeth Nearring the
sum of One Hundred Dollars.
All the rest,residue and remainder of my Personal Estate
not hereinbefore disposed of,I give and bequeath to my sister
Elizabeth Black and to my niece Anna Maude Davis,each one-half,
share and share alike.•
I devise all my Real Estate wheresoever situate to my niece
Anna Maude Davis and to her husband John L.Davis,to them their
heirs and assigns forever.
