I,LAVINA BAKER,of the Borough of '~shington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make and publish the follo ring as and for my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all y just debts and funeral
eA~enses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND.To my grandnieces,Dorothy C.Brady,Margaret
Frances Brady and 1wrtle Lavina Brady,children of my deceased
nephew,James B.Brady,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest
and residue of n~estate to be theirs absolutely,share and share
alike,and should any of my said grandnieces die during my life-
time,it is my will that Ie survivor or survivors of t em shall
receive the shaTe of the one or ones so dying.
THIRD.It is ::ny \:ill and I hereby authorize and empower
my Executor,hereinafter naned,to sell any and all real estate or
interest therein of which I may die seized,and to make,execute
and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof good and 8uf-
icient deed or deeds,and distribute the proceeds thereof as
directed at item second of my said Will.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
H.D.Hamilton,of '7ashington,Fa.,Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
