my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
I direct the payment of all my Just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Ida M.Clarke,
all my estate,real,personal and mixed.
I appoint my sister,Ida M.Clarke,Executrix of this,
my last will and testament.
WITNESS my hand and seal this 3rd day of October,
1940.
