which said Plan is of record in the Recorders Office of said Washington
-,County in Plan Book Volume 2,Pages 190 and 191,and which said -two
lots together front Sixty (60)feet on the Northern line of Lawton
Street and thence extend back Northwardly,preserving the uniform width
of Sixty (60)feet throughout,the distance of One Hundred (100)feet
to an Alley.On which said two lots is erected a two story frame
dwelling house of Six (6)rooms.
