I,Fritz Badel,of Centerville Borough,ashington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,pUb-
lish and declare this my last will and testament,hereby revoking
all former wills by me made.
(1)I direct my executor to pay my just debts and funeral expenses.
(2)I give and bequeath to my son Fritz Badel,ten dollars.
(3)I give,devise and bequeath to my daughters Caroline Badel Smart,and
ury chneider
all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and personal,
whatsoever and wheresoever!tshare and share alike.
(4)I appoint W.B.Vandegrift of Fredericktown,Pa.executor of this
my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal hereto this 18th day
of October 1928.
