being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make andpublish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and makin.11Joid all former WiUs by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST

THIRD
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my Executrix,hereinafter named,as soon as may be
possible,after my decease.
I give,devise and bequeath unto my Son,Chester Hotz and
my Son,Herman D.Hotz,t~e sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars each in cash for their own proper use and benefit
forever.
All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal or mixed,of Which I shall die seized and possess-
ed or to which I Shall be entitled after my decease,I give
devise and bequeath unto my Niece,Mary J.Hotz,one-half,
and to my Son,Donald Hotz,one-half.

FOURTH I direct that my Niece,Mary J.liotz,act as guardian of my
Son,Donald Hot~,in the event he has not reached the age
of twenty-one years at the time of my death.
