KNOW ALL ~ffiN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Leroy W.Hoon,
M.D.,of City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
having full legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make and
publish this my L:ast Will and Testament (hereby revoking and mak-
ing void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made),in
manner and form as follows:
,
1.I direct that my Executrix,hereinafter named,
shall pay all my just debts,funeral expenses,transfer inheri-
tance taxes,and the expenses of the administration of my estate
as soon after my decease as shall be expedient-.
2.I will,devise and bequeath all the rest and res-
idue of my estate,both real and personal,and wheresoever situate
or found,remaining after the payment of the several items men-
tioned in the foregoing paragraph of this my said Will,unto my
darling wife,Louise Austen Hoon,absolutely.
3.I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife,
Louise Austen Hoon,as the Executrix of this my La~t Will and
Testament.
