I,HANNAH B.CHESLEY,a resident of the City of
Washington"Pennsylvania"being of s:>und mind and memory,do make,
pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament"hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST.~direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
SECOND.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to
sell all of the real estate of which I may die seized,at public or
private sale,and to make,execute and deliver good and sufficient
deed or deeds for the same,without an order of Court,the same as
I could do if living.
THIRD.I give and bequeath to my husband,Harry L.
Chesley,the one-half of all the rest and residue of my estate to be
his absolutely.

writing to be a Codicil to my last Will and Testament,
bearing date the seventeenth day of April,Nineteen hundred
thirty.cfI/UL
WHEREAS,by my said Will,I nominated and
appointed the First Bank &Trust Company,Washington,Pennsyl-
vania,its successors and assigns,as Executor of my last Will
and Testament.I do hereby revoke my said Will so far only as
relates to the appointment of my executor,and I do hereby
constitute and appoint Arthur •Gromo,of the City of
Washington,Pennsylvania,to be the executor of my last Will
and Testament in the stead or place of the said First Bank
&Trust Company.
