LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JAMES R.BURNS,of Robinson Township,County of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all other or former Wills by me at any
time made.
FIRST:I order and direct the payment of all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as practicable after my decease.
ALL the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and
personal,whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be at the time
of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath to my Nephew,CHARLES
H.BURNS.
AND,lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my Nephew,
CHARLES H.BURNS to be executor of this,my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Jm~ES R.BURNS,have to this,my last
Will and Testament,set my hand and seal,this 16th day of October,
1937,A.D.
