I,JAMES V.BRADY,residing at No.115 South Main Street,in the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding, do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other wills or testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore made. First:-I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. Second:-I give and bequeath to my grandson,Bernard Clark Doyle,son of Robert G.Doyle,of Washington,Pennsylvania, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Third:-I give and bequeath to First Bank and Trust Company of Washington,Pennsylvania,its successors and assigns,the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),to be held, used,controlled and managed by it for the following uses and purposes: (a)To invest the said sum of money from time to time as occasion may require,and to expend the income therefrom,after deducting the customary fees payable to it as Trustee,for the use and benefit of Mary Brady, daughter of my brother,Robert W.Brady,of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,during the minority of the said Mary Brady.The said First Bank &Trust Company of Washington,as Trustee,may,if it deems proper,pay the • net income of said sum directly to the said Mary Brady during her minority. (b)The said First Bank &Trust Company shall, upon the arrival of the said Mary Brady at the age of twenty-one years,pay the principal of said sum to the sa d Mary Brady,together with such accumulation of income as may then remain in its hands. (c)In the event that the said Mary Brady should die before attaining her majority,then and in that event the said First Bank &Trust Company,as Trustee,shall pay the said sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),together with any income then remaining in its hands,in equal shares to the then living children of my said brother, Robert w.Brady. The said First Bank and Trust Company shall be entitled to receive no commission or fees for the handling of said trust fund except the customary commissions or fees on the income received by it from the investment of the • said $1,000.00 trust fund.In the event that the said First Bank and Trust Company is unwilling to accept the foregoing trust upon this condition,then and in that event a Trustee for the said trust fund shall be appointed by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania. I direct that any inheritance tax payable upon the said $1,000.00 trust fund shall be paid by my Executor, hereinafter named,out of my estate,it being my intention\ that the full sum of $1,000.00 shall be placed in the hands of the said First Bank and Trust Company,(or such other Trustee as the Orphans I Court of Washington County may appoint),for the benefit of the said Mary Brady. ••~. Fourth:-I give and devise to my brother,Freeman C.Brady,my undivided one-half interest in the house and lot of ground occupied by the said Freeman C.Brady and myself,and situate at No.115 South Main Street,in the First Ward of the City of Washington,Pennsylvania. Fifth:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give,devise and bequeath unto my said brother,Freeman C.Brady.
