SECOND:-I direct that there be erected at the grave of each member of my immediate family,if a marker or markers are not already there,a suitable marker and that there be erected an appropriate family marker on the family lot.Should either or both of my sons,Herbert O.Hornbake Jr.and Alan W.Hornbake, both of Whom are now in the armed forces of the United states, not return from the service,or being killed in the service, their remains not be interred in the said family lot,then I direct that a suitable and appropriate marker to each of the sons or son be erected on the said family lot. THIRD:-I hereby give,bequeath and devise all of my es- tate,personal and real,to my two sons,Herbert O.Hornbake Jr. and Alan W.Hornbake,share and share alike,or to the survivor of them,should either of them not survive me. FOURTH:-Should neither of my said sons survive me then I give and devise to my sister,Ethel Kinsy,Canandaigua,New York, a life interest in my said real estate.Upon her death the said real estate to be sold and the proceeds thereof to be divided equally among my then living blood nieces and nephews,share and share alike.HERBERT 0 HORNBAKE SR --PAGE ONE- FIFTH:-Should neither of my said sons survive me,then I give and bequeath to my said sister,Ethel Kinsey,Canandaigua,' New York,all my personalty,after all my debts,funeral expenses and administration expenses are paid and markers erected as here- inabove directed. SIXTH:-I hereby name,constitute and appoint my son, Herbert O.Hornbake Jr.,as sole executor of this my last will and testament.Should my son,Herber~O.Hornbake J~,not sur- vive me,the~I hereby name,constitute and appoint my son,Alan W.Hornbake,as sole executor of this my last will and testament. Shoul~neither of my said sons survive me,then I hereby name, constitute and appoint my said sister,Ethel Kinsey,Canandaigua, New York,as sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
