I,SAUNDERS C.BErNETT,Sr.,of the Borough of McDonad,
County of 'fashington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and mermory,do hereby make,publish and declar this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all other or forder
Wills by me at any time made.
First:I order and direct tne payment of all my just debts
and funeral ex enses as soon as practicable.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath all of my real property
owned by e at the time of my decease to Saunders C.Bennett,Jr.,
~y Son,Mrs.Viola Kennedy and Pearl Vaughan,my Daughters,
Joseph Jerome Kennedy my Grandson,and ae Vaughan and Florence
Bell Vaughan,my Granddaughters,to be equally divided among them,
share and share alike.
Third:All the rest,residue and remainder of my roperty
I ~ive,devise and bequeath to ny Son,Saunders C.Be~ett,Jr.,
for his own proper use and benefit forever.
Fourth:I hereby designate and appoint my Son,Saunders C.
Bennett,Jr.,and my DaQ~hters,Viola Kennedy a d Pearl Vaughan,
executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
In iitness Whereof,I nave hereunto set my hand and seal in the
presence of witnesses,this 23rd day of November,A.D.1937.
On this 23rd day of November,1937,the foregoing instrument was
signed,sealed,publisl1ed Ciud declared by Saunders C.Bennett,
Sr.,the above named testator,as and for his Last ~ill and Testa-
ent,i our presence a d in the presence of each of us,and we
thereupon,at his request,i his resence and in the presence of
