CORNELIA CURTIN,being first duly sworn according to
law deposes and states that she resides at 8654 South Ashland Ave-
Due,Chicago,Illinois,that her husband Henry T.Curtin,departed
this life on November 26,1941;that he as a resident of Chicago,
Illinois at the time of his death;that his estate is being ro-
bated in the Probate Court of Cook County,Illinois,case No.
41 P 8685,Doc.408,Page 344;that this affiant is the duly
qualified and acting administrator of said estate.
Affiant further states that all of the debts of the
decedent have been paid in full;that this affiant makes this
affidavit for the purpose of filing same with the Register of Wills
of Washington,ennsylvania,in order to be able to obtain the
money now on deposit in the Citizens National Bank of Washington,
ennsylvania,in the name of the deceased.
