I;GEORGE BOYKAS,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memo~and understand-
ing;do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for m.y last
will and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void all
wills or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time hereto-
fore made •.
First:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and inheritances taxes be paid by my executor hereinafter
named as soon as convenient after my decease.
Second:I will,bequeath and devise unto my beloved
wife,Margaret Boykas,all my property;of eve~description,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate;absolutely and in
fee.
Third:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my beloved wife,Margaret Boykas,as executrix of this my last
will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
