County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void any will by me at any time heretofore made,
in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direot my Exeoutrix,herein~
after named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as conveniently may be done after my deoease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate and property,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature
and kind,and wheresoever situate,I Will,give,devise and bequeath
unto my·wife,Jennie G.Holt,in fee simple and absolutely.
THIRD:I nominate,oonstitute and appoint my
said Wife,Jennie G.Holt,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Tes~
tament.
