First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease. Second.I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Catherine C.Cairns,all my estate,real,personal,and mixed,wheresoever the same may be situate at the time of my decease if she survives me. Third.Should my said wife predecease me or should we die at approximately the same time,then I give,devise,and beaueath all my property,real,personal,and mixed,unto my daughter,Constance Cairns,and my son,John Bovard Cairns,and any other child or children hereafter born unto me,in eaual shares. Fourth.Should my wife predecease me or should we die at approximately the same time,Mr.and Mrs.William J. Costello and the survivor shall be guardians of the persons of ~• my daughter,Constance Cairns,and of my son,John Bovard Cairns, and of any other child or children hereafter born unto me,dur- ing their minority,and upon the death of the survivor of the said Mr.and 11rs.William J.Costello,Mary Costello shall be ~uardian of the persons of my daughter,Constance Cairns and, • of my son,John Bovard Cairns,and of any other child or child- ren hereafter born unto me,durin their minority.
