County of Hancock,to-wit:
February 18,1935
In the County Court.
And at the same time came C.D.Arnold and Katie B.Arnold,the two
subscribing witnesses to said paper writing,purporting to be the
Last Will and Testament of S.F.Campbell,deceased,and upon thei
solemn oaths say that they signed the said paper writing at the
request of S.F.Campbell,the Testator,signing the same at his
request,in his presence and in the presence of each other,and
that they heard him declare the Sdme to be his Last Will and
Testament,and that they considered him to be of sound mind and
disposing memory to the best of their knowledge and belief.
This day came Mrs.Anna K.Campbell,a resident of Weirton,
County,West Virginia,and upon her solemn oath says that S.F.
Campbell,also a resident of Meirton,hancock County,West V1rgini ,I died on the 26th day of December,1934,and at the same time pre-I
sented to the Clerk of the County Court,a paper writing,purporti g
to be the Last Will and Testament of S.F.Campbell,deceased.

And it appearing from said testimonies that said paper writing was
fully proven to be the true Last Will and Testament of the said
3.F.Campbell,deceased,it is hereby ordered to be probated as
3uch.
And it appearing that Anna K.Campbell is named Executrix in said
Will,whereupon came the said Anna K.Campbell and qualified as
such.No bond being required of her for acting in such capacity.
Jnd the said Anna K.Campbell,after bei~duly sworn according to
law,took upon herself the oath as such Executrix,as required by
law.
The settlement~of said estate is referred to Frank L.Bradley,
Commissioner of Accounts.
Thereupon,the Clerk,after careful consideration of all of such
matters,doth admit said paper to probate and record as and for th
true last will and testament of S.F.Campbell,deceased.

WILL
Hollidays Cove,June 28th,1931.
I,S.F.Campbell,being of sound mind,do make disposition of my
property as follows:
I~em 1st:To my wife,Anna K.Campbell my house and lot situate in

Weirton,known as No.88 Ferguson Addition with life insurance
which has already been made payable to her.
Item 2nd:To my son,J.C.Campbell,my farm situate in Washington
Co-~ty,Pa.,with all the appurtenances,tools,machinery,stocks
or any valuables I may be possessed of.
Item 3rd:To my grandson Warren Campbell my gold wach and violin.
Item 4th:My wife Anna K.Campbell to be Executrix to serve withou
bond.
Si5ned and witnessed this 20th day of July,1931.
