On this 3rd day of March 1942,personally appeared James Clark Campbell of Weirton,West Virginia,and upon his solemn oath says that Anna Kate Campbell,aged 75 years,late a resident of VTeirton, Vest Virginia,died testate under date of Feb.18,1942,and at the s~me time presented to the Clerk of the County Court of Hancoc County,West Virginia,a paper writing purporting to be the true I Last Will and Testa ent of the suid Anna Kate Campbell,deceased. And at tte same time carne William E.Grisley and Helen G.Barron, two of the subscribing witnesses to said paper writing,purporting to be the true last will and testament of Anna Kate Campbell,de- ceased,and upon their solemn oaths say that they signed the said paper writing at the request of the testator,Anna Kate Campbell, signing the same at her request,in her presence,and in the presehrn of arie Cameron,the other subscribing ~itness to said paper writin all present together,and that they considered her to be of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and belief,and that they heard her declare the s~me to be her Last ~i 1 and Testament. And it appearing fro said testimony that said paper writing was fUlly proven to be the Last Will and Testament of the said Anna Ka e Campbell,deceased,as fell as the signature thereto,it is hereby ordered to be probated as such. And it appearing that James Clark Campbell was named Executor in said ~ill.Whereupon came the said James Clark Campbell and qualif ed as such.10 bond being required of him for acting in such capacity. And the said James Clark Campbell after be"~dUly sworn,accordin ~o law,took upon himself the oath as such Executor as re~uired by law. TESTAl;1ENT I,Anna Kate Campbell of .eirton,est Virginia,being of sound an cisposing mind and memory,and desiring to make such disposition of my worldly estate as I deem best,DO HEREBY MAKE PUBLISH AND DECLARE THIS TO BE MY LAST WILL lli~D TESTA~1ENT,hereby revoking any and all \11111s and codicils whatsoever by me made. fIRST:I,direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as conveniently may be,and to that end charge said estate. 3ECOND:I give,devise and bequeath Q~to my beloved son,James Clark Campbell,all of my real estate and personal property,of wh't- soever kind and wheresoever situate,of which I may die seized,to have and to hold and to administer as he may see fit,with one exception,it being a certain house and lot located at No.3115 West Street in the town of Weirton,Hancock County,West Virginia. it being my will and desire that the same shall be sold as soon af er my decease as conveniently may be and the proceeds therefrom to be cJnverted into cash and shall be treated as such in the final settle ent of my estate. THIRD:I appoint my beloved son James Clark Campbell,executor,an d~rect that he shall not be re~uired to give security on his offic al bend.
