LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Joseph Carmella,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
disposing memory,do make,publish and.declabe this to be
my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:And as to my worldly estate,I hereby direct
that my executor,hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and
the funeral expenses,and all other expenses incident to the
administration of my estate,as soon after my decease as may
be practicable.
SECOND:I hereby give and bequeath to my son,Patsy
Carmella,or to his heirs and assigns the sum of Ten ($10.00)
dollars in cash.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,whether
real,personal,or mixed,wherever situate,whether now o\vned
or hereafter acquired,I hereby give and bequeath in equal
portions thereof,'sh~re and share alike,to the following of
my children,each the one-seventh part thereof;Angelina
Carmella Swaney;Mary Carmella;Magdelina Carmella;Michael
Carmella;Leo Car.mella;Beatrice Carmella and Angelo Carmella.
I exclude my son Patsy Carmella from any part of this bequest
having made a direct bequest to him.
FOURTH:I hereby authorize and empower my executor,
hereinafter named,to sell and convey in fee simple,any and all
of my real estate,at public or private sale,for such sum or
sums that he shall deem proper,and to make,acknowledge and
deliver deeds of conveyance in such form as shall pass a good and
marketable title.

LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint
Charles F.Polacc1,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,executor of t his my last will and
testament.
IN WITNESS VffiEREOF1 I have hereunto set my hand and seal
