,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,,
of the Borough of Roscoe,
and State of Pennsylvania
,Oounty of Washington
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,
as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND.I will,devise and bequeath unto my son,Arthur R.Brei-
tinger my gold watCh,silver chain,and an old tea pot,to be his
absolutely.
THIRD.I will,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Katherine M.
Salsi my May tag Washing Machine,and my Magic 6hef Cooking Stove,to be
hers absolutely.
FOURTH.I will,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Emma V.Young~
one gold locket and a quilt now in her possession,to be hers absolutely.
FIFTH.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,whatsoever and whereso ever situate,I will,devise
and bequeath unto my children as follows:Forty-five (45%)percent to
Arthur R.Breitinger;Forty-five (45%)percent to KatheEine M.Salsi;
and Ten (10%)percent to Emma V.YOllilg,to be theirs absolutely.
SIXTH'.I hereby give my Executor,hereinafter nmaed,full power
to sell any real,personal or mixed property with which I may die
seized,for any price which to him shall seem just and proper,and to
give valid deeds,articles,or otller evidences of said sales,with the
same force and effect as I could have during my lifetime,and the
purchasers thereof shall not be held to account for the disposition of
the purchase price thereof .------------_~
Lastly-l hereby make)constitute and appoint my son,
