IAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be tUlly paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
I,CHARLES HALL,of Carroll Township,Washington County,
pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,pub-
lish and declare this to be my last will and testament,in manner
and form following,hereby revoking any Will or Wills hereto made
by me.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all of my personal property

Charles Hall,as and for his Last Will.and Testament in the presenc
of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as
witnesses thereunto in the presence of the said testator and of
each other.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all of my real estate
to my tW9 children,Norman Willis Hall and Lillie Bednar,during
their natural lives,and after the death of both of them,I devise
and bequeath the same unto m,.other children and to the children 0
deceased children,whicb children shall take per stirpes.
FOURTH:I constitute and'appoint my son,Ernest Hall,
as Executor of this my last will and testament.
