Comes on this day for consideration,the petition of Mildred B.Rudolph,asking that she be appointed by this court, a$~xecutrix in succession,to Mary Rudolph Haatings,now de- ceased,the court upon consideration of said petition and the proof offered in support thereof finds: That Mary Rudolph Hastings,was by order of this court, made a.nd entered of record on the 15th day of December,1942, duly appointed executrix of the last wi 11.and testament of her deceaaed husband George Everett Hastings,she having been named in his said will.as sole executrix thereof,and to serve with- out bond.And finds that the said Mary Rudolph Hastings there- upon did qualify and assun:e the duties imposed upon her aa exec- utrix of said wilL,and to discharge all the duties of such exec- utrix. Finds that after the expiration of one year and in January,1944 she complied the date.and material for the making of her last am final account curre;nt as such executrix,but th at she died before signing and executing such last and final ac- count current,she having died on the 19th day of January,1944, and that by reason thereof there is no showing made in this court of the manner iil Which she handled or disposed of said estate, and that it is necessary that same one be appointed to continue, if necessary the administration of said estate,and to make fina1 report to this court. And the court finds that Mildred B Rudolph,a bona fide re:sident of Washington C01.L"lty,Arlc8:l sas,is a suitable ani quall- fied person to serve in suCh capacity.
