LAST WILL AND TESTAMm~T
I,Michael B.Contes,of the City of Washington,
County of Washington,state of Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,,do make this,my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all former.wills by me
heretofore made.
I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor,hereinafter
named,as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Garifalia Contes
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
I give and bequeath to my son_V-assilios Conte~
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife Emilia
Contes all the rest,residue and remainder of my property,
real,personal and mixed,including among other things the
restaurant stock and equipment which I own,stocks,bonds,
life insurance,automobile,bank accounts and real estate
located in Cumberland,Maryland,for her to use ,both income
and principal as she may see fit,to the complete depletion
thereof.And at her death all the property bequeathed and
devised to her,or so much thereof as may remain unexpended,
I give and devise and bequeath to my son Vassilios and my
daughter Garifalia,share and share alike,their heirs and
assigns forever.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my said wife to
be the Executrix of this my Last W~ll and Testament.

have to this my will,written on two sheets of paper,set my
hand and seal this 19th day of July,1937.
