I,THOMAS M.BEBOUT,of the City of Washington,ashington
.County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out
of my Estate.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my house and lot situate at
No.19 Murtland Avenue,Washington,Pa.,and all my personal
property to my wife,MARTHA E.BEFOUT,for and during her natural
life and at the death of the said 1UffiTHA E.BEBOUT,I give,
devise and bequeath the same property to my daughter,MARY B.
BEBOUT,absolutely.
1 3.I authorize,empower and direct my Executors hereinafter
"named to sell at public or private sale within two years from
'1rmy death,my farm situated near Vankirk Station in Amwell Town-
ship,Washington County,Penna.,receive the purchase money,
receipt for the same,make,execute and deliver a Deed for the
said farm with the same force and effect as I myself could do
if living,and pay over the net proceeds from the said farm to oy
wife,MARTfill E.BEBOUT and my daughter,MARY B.BEBOUT,under
the same conditions as set forth in paragraph 2 hereof.
4.I give,devise and bequeath the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate to my wife,MARTHA E.BEBOUT for and dur~g
her natural life and at her death to my daughter,MARY B.BEBOUT,
absolutely.
5.I direct that my wife,MARTHA E.BEBOUT,shall not be
required to give bond for the property that goes into her hands
under this my Will,nor shall she be required to account for
!the same in any way.
6.I nominate,constitute and appoint my nephew Mack Carson
