Ralph Elliott Carman of the City of Tallahassee,and County of Leon,
state of Florida,being of full age and of sound and disposing mind
and memory,and not acting under duress,menace,fraud.or undue in-
fluence of any person whatever,do make publish and declare this to be
my last will and testa.nent,hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore
made,--in the IIBnner following,that is to say;
Item I--It is my will and I hereby direct,that my body be de-
oently buried,with proper regard to my station and oondition in life,
and the condition of my estate.
Item 2--I direct that my executrix hereinafter named,pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as
practioable after the time of my deoease.
Item 3--All property real and personal,of every kind and de-
scription wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to
dispose of at the time of my decease,I give,devise.and bequeath to
my beloved wife,Rosa Montgo~ry Carman as long as she remains my Widow.
Item 4--It is my will and I hereby direct that in the event of
the decease of my Wife;or the marriage of my widow to another man;
that the residue of my estate,i.e.the unused principal,be divided
equally among my children then living.And should anyone,or allq of
said children be deceased,their children,in ~rn,to reoeive,share e
and smre ali~e the legaoy which their :ra.r.nt would have received if aliv
at that tiIIB ••
Item 5-·I make,nominate and appoint my wife Rosa Montgomery
Carman,the sole executrix of this my last will and testament,and re-
quest that she be not required to give bond as such,with fUll power
and authorit,y,in order to pay all de8ts,and in orier to oarry into
effect all the provisions and purposes of this will.To sell,and
dispose of,at any time if urgent necessity demands,--for payment of
just debts,or for needed support,any or all of my estate,real or
personal,or bo~h,for such prioes,and upon suoh terms of oredit or
otherWi se,and in such manner as my said executrix may deem best,and
to exedute and deliver to the purohasers or purchaser,al.neces'sary
or proper deeds of conveyance thereof.~
