I,Phillip Ealy of Richill T01Ynship,County of Greene and State of
Pennsylvania,being of sound min~,memory,and understanding,do make,
and publish this,my Thast Will Rnd Testament,hereby revoking and making void
all former Will~by Me at ~r tiroeheretofore made.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and fitneral expenses to he fUlly
paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after roy decease.
Item,I give and hequeath to ~beloved wife Sarah Catharine Ealy
the one fourth of the net incone of the pl~tation on which we now reside
situated in Rich Hill To~mship,&~oreHaid and containing about one hundred
and forty eight (148)acres.
TOGETHER with a good li"ir~and home in residence now on said
plantation for and durine her natural life or 80 long as she remains ~
widow,
Excepting and reserving from said devise to my ,vite,the Pittsburg
or River Vein of Coal.
Item.I give and bequeath to my son Henry,his }leirs and a8si~Ll5
forever.The said plantation on which I now live a8 aforesaid excepting
however from said devise the rights and privileges devised to my said
wife in said plantation,Also I devise and bequeath to my son Henry the
farm urknown as the Henry Beahout farm situated in Morris Township Greene
County,Pa.,containing forty four acres or thereabout,also all the
Machinery,f.arr~.ng utensils and live stock belonging and kept on both
of said farms.
Item.I give and hel~leath to my son Samuel Nelson,his heirs and as-
siens forever the farm known as the Cephas Day Farm,situated in East Finley
Township,Washington County,Pa.and containing one hundred ~d eleven
acrea (111)More or les5 Excepting ~d reserving however f.rom s&id devise
all the Pittsburg or River Vein of coal with all necessary mirrl.ng
rights and privileges necessary in mining end removing the Maid coal,
The ~aid legatee to pay the taxes on said coal until it is sold.
ITEM I give and devi~e to my son Jonathan M.Ea1y,his heirs and
aBgign~forever the farm known as the William Sprowls &1d Rockey fArm~
situate in EaMt Finley Towruihip Washington County,Pa.,and contain:tng
one hundred and thirty (130A)or thereanout,Excepting and reserving
however fro~said nevis6 all the Pittsburg or River Vein of coal,with all
necessary mining rights ann privileges necessary in mining and removing
the said coal,T~e said devisee to pay the taxes on said coal until the
coal is sold.I also mM~e mention here that the new road now leaning
from Wright Ealy's to CR~rley Ealy's shall be the dividing line between.
the farms devised to IJJY Horm Samuel Nelson Eal~r and JonathR.l1 M.Eal~r.
Item I give ~d bequeath to my daughter Delilah Etta intermarried
with Doc Ewing Three Thousand ($3000.00)dollars.

equal shares all my household and kitchen fnrniture in fact every thing

the survivor of them,do at a time when they think best and proper to sell
and dispose of the PittHhurg or River Vein of Coal reserved in and ttnderly-
ing the farms I h~ve devised to roy sons Samuel Nelson Ealy and Jonathan M.
Ealy.Either b~public or private Bale or sales for the best price or
prices Ela.t can be gotten for the sa.roe and by proper deed or needs,con-
veyances or assurances in the law,to be dUly executed,acknowledged,
and perfected,to grant,oorwey and assure the same to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof in fee simple and after the same has been converted

Jonathan M.Ealy to be Exeoutors of this my last Will and Testa-
ment and I hereby order and nirect that my said executors shall settle
my estate and do all things pertaining to their duties as Huch executors
for Two P.ct.
