LAST WILL AND TEST AMENT

JAMES PRESTON HORN
I,JAMES PRESTON HORN,commonly known as J.P.HORN,a
resident of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills Qy me
heretofore made.
ITEM ~All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may own or have
the right to dispose of at the time of my decease,I give,devise
and bequeath in equal shares 'to my three children,Mary Horn McClelland,
Margaret Horn Corwin and Dunning H.Horn.
ITEM II.I hereby nominate and appoint Dunning H.Horn
as the Executor of this my last will and testament,and direct that
no bond shall be required of such executor.My said executor shall
have full power at his discretion to do any and all things necessary
or convenient for the complete administration of my estate,including
the power to sell at public or private sale and without order of Court,
any real or personal property belonging to my estate to such persons
and at such prices as to him may seem to be advantageous and to make,
execute and deliver such deeds or other evidence of title as may be
convenient or necessary,and to compound,compromise or otherwise to
settle or adjust any and all claims,charges,debts and demands what-
soever against or in favor of my estate as ful1y as I cou1d do if
living •
