I,ALEXANDER HAMILTON,of Hopewell Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my son,John A.Hamilton,
my best suit and overcoat.
THIRD.I give and bequeath to my son,Robert Hamilton,
my safe.
FOURTH.I give and bequeath to my son,James T.Hamilton,
my fur coat,roll-top desk,bookcase and silver watch.
FIFTH.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Hazel B.
Hamilton,my automobile.
SIXTH.I give and bequeath all the household and kitchen
furniture (except the kitchen cupboar~which is to remain in the
house on the Home Farm)to my four daughters,to be divided among
them as they shall think best.
SEVENTH.I give and bequeath all the wash-house fixtures
and the contents thereof to my son,James T.Hamilton.
EIGHTH.I give and bequeath my piano to my daughter,
Mary H.Linn,for her daughters.
NINTH.I direct that the Heatrola Furnace in the house on
the Home Farm shall remain in said house as if it were a permanent
fixture.
TENTH.I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to erect
a monument at the graves of my dear wife and myself,not to exceed
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
ELEVENTH.If the coal of the Pittsburgh or River Vein under
the Home Farm now owned by my son,James T.Hamilton,and the Pitts-
burgh Coal under the Ben Hamilton Farm now owned by my son,Robert
Hamilton,be sold before my death,then in that event I give and

bequeath to the Buffalo Cemetery Company the sum of Four Hundred
Dollars ($400.00),to be held by it in a perpetual trust for the
upkeep of the said cemetery.
TWELFTH.If the eoal of the Pittsburgh or River Vein under
the Home Farm now owned by my son,James T.Hamilton,and the Pitts-
burgh Coal under the Ben Hamilton Farm now owned by my son,Robert
Hamilton,be sold before my death,then in that event I give and
bequeath to my daughter,Mary H.Linn,the sum.of Two Thousand
Dollars ($e,ooo.OO);to my daughter,Fannie H.Farrar,the sum of
Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00);to my daughter,Florence H.Munnell,
the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00);and to my daughter,
Hazel B.Hamilton,the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00).
THIRTEENTH.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal
proportions,to my three sons,John A.Hamilton,Robert Hamilton and
James T.Hamilton,the~r heirs or assigns.
LASTLX , I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my three
sons,John A.Hamilton,Robert Hamilton and James T.Hamilton,to be
Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Alexander Hamilton,the testator above
named,have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day ,of October,
A.D.1939.

AleXander Hamilton as and for his last Will and Testament,in the
presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at his re-
quest as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator and
of each other.
