being of sOl-tnd mind.memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
la,,<;t Tifl'ill and TP.'~tament,hereby revoking'and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made,
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with,
I dispose of the same as follows,Viz:-
First,I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner
corresponding with my estate and situation in life and that all my
just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon
as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second,I direct that my Executor shall sell any or all of my
Real Estate as soon as may be conveniently arranged and that money
derived from same and all money I may posess be divided as follows,!
share and share alike to my children,as follows;Enes Z.Rocco,Edith
Z.Drager,Mereno L.,Batista J.and William P.Zachetti.
Third,I direct that all my personal property be divided be-
tween the above named children,share and share alike.
