FWTH:-I give and devise to my son,Edward Earl Burr,that part of my farm located in Amwell and South Strabane Townships that lies south of the National Highway and running on the east to the intersection of the National Highway and the road leading from the National Highway to Chestnut Ridge;except- ing,however,from the land hereby given and devised to the said Edward Earl Burr the horse barn and the land surrounding the same, as hereinbefore devised to my son,John L.Burr. SIXTH :-I give and devise to my daughter,Beatrice Burr Reed,that part of my farm lying east of the road leading from the National Highway to Mt.Pleasant Church;a small part of which said land,so given and devised to the said Beatrice Burr Reed,lies on the south side of the National Highway.The land hereby devised to the said Beatrice Burr Reed being bounded on the West by the road leading from the National Highway to Mt.Pleasant Church;on the Northeast by land of Howard Myers, fonmerly Robert Herron;on the East by land of Harry Hootman, formerly John Hootman,and on the South by land of R.V.Doak. SEVENTH:-I give,devise and bequeath to my three children,John L.Burr,Beatrice Burr Reed and Edward Earl Burr, all my furniture,furnishings and all other articles of personal property not herein otherwise disposed of,the same to be distributed to them by C.L.V.Acheson,who is hereby designated • as attorney in the settlement of my estate;this distribution • to be made in such manner as to the said C.L.V.Acheson shall seem proper,and his jUdgment in this distribution to be final and conclusive.I hereby declare that none of the live stock now on my farm belongs to me,but that the same is owned absolutely by my husband,John A.Burr,and that I have no interest in the same.
