County,Pennsylvania,do make and pUblish this my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient after my death.
2.On the death of my sister,Anna Cullinan,
I give to my nephew,Murtagh Cullinan,of Laredo,Texas,my
chest of flat silver.
3.I give and bequeath to The Citizens
National Bank of Washington Fifteen Hundred ($1500)Dollars,
in trust,to invest and reinvest the said sum in such stocks.
bonds,or other securities as it may deem advisable.whether or
not such investments are legal for fiduciaries under the laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,and the proceeds of the
said fund shall be used for the care,maintenance,and upkeep
of the Cullinan lot in the old Catholic Cemetery in Washington,
and should there be any excess over the amount needed for the
said purpose,it shall be used for the general care and mainten-
ance of the said Cemetery.The said trustee shall not be liable
for any loss or diminution in value arising from investments as
aforesaid.
4.I give and bequeath to the Church of the
Immaculate Conception.Washington,Pennsylvania,Five Hundred
($500)Dollars,to be paid in installments of One Hundred ($100)
Dollars annually.
5.I give and bequeath to my sister,Anna
Cullinan,for and"during the term of her natural life,all of
my right,title.and interest,in my home at 1100 Jefferson
•
Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,being the real estate conveyed
by my brother,J.S.Cullinan,to my sister,Anna Cullinan,and
to me by deed dated November 22,1933,recorded in Deed Book
589,Page 634,and on the death of my sister,Anna CUllinan,I
devise and bequeath all of my interest in said real estate to
the Sisters of Mercy of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pitts-
burgh,Mother House 3333,Fifth Avenue,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
6.I direct that all of the rest,residue,
and remainder of my estate shall be held by my Executor herein-
after named for and during the lifetime of my sister,Anna
CUllinan,and that the income arising therefrom be paid to my
said sister during her lifetime.
7.I hereby authorize and empower my Execu-
tor and Trustee to hold and retain,in its jUdgment and discre-
tion,any investments and securities that may come into its
hands as Executor and Trustee,whether legal investments for
fiduciaries under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
or not,and to invest and reinvest the proceeds ot the sale ot
any such securities and investments as it may,in its discretion,
deem best,without being confined to investments legal for fidu-
ciaries,and without liability for the retention of or the rein-
vestment of any of the said securities.
8.I direct that all inheritance and succession
taxes,both State and Federal,be paid out of the residue ot my
estate.
9.Upon the death ot my sister,Anna Cullinan,
I give and bequeath out of the residue remaining after the pay-
ments aforesaid,as follows:
To Joseph M.Hughen,of Beaumont,Texas son
of my sister,Margaret Cullinan Hughen,One Thousand ($1000)
Dollars;

To Craig F.Cullinan,Nina J.Cullinan,Margaret
Cullinan Wray,and Mary Cullinan Cravens,of Houston,Texas,
children of my brother,J.S.Cullinan,the sum of One Thousand
($1000)Dollars each;
To Richard F.Sawyer of Silsbee,Texas,Mary F.
Sawyer,of Washington,D.C.,Alice Sawyer and Joseph P.Sawyer
of DeLand,Florida,children of my sister,Jane Oullinan Sawyer,
the sum of One Thousand ($1000)Dollars each;
To Frances Cullinan Swift of Dallas,Texas,John F.
Cullinan of Houston,Texas,children of.my brother,John F.
Cullinan,the sum of One Thousand ($1000)Dollars each;
To Murtagh Cullinan of Laredo,Texas,son of my
brother,M.P.Cullinan,the sum of One Thousand ($1000)Dollars;
10 Mary Jane Cullinan and Joseph Michael Cullinan,
children of my nephew,Joseph Cullinan,who was a son of M.P.
Cullinan,the sum of Five Hundred ($500)Dollars each;
To Mary McAfee Cullinan,daughter of my nephew,
Frank Cullinan,who was a son of my brother,M.P.Cullinan,the
sum of One Thousand ($1000)Dollars.
10.I direct that my Executor and Trustee,
hereinafter named,shall not be required to make immediate dis-
tribution of the residue of my estate on the death of my sister,
Anna Cullinan,but shall make such distribution at such time,
not exceeding ten years after the death of my said sister,Anna
CUllinan,as in its Judgment may be advisable.
11.The rest and residue of my estate remaining
after the payments and bequests aforesaid,I direct shall be held
and managed by my Executor and Trustee,with the rights,privi-
leges,and authority set forth in paragraph seven hereof,and the
net income arising therefrom shall be equally divided between my
sister,Mrs.Jane Cullinan Sawyer of DeLand,Florida,and my
brother,John Francis Cullinan of Houston,Texas,during their
respective lifetimes,and,upon the death of either,the entire
income arising therefrom shall be paid to the survivor for life.
12.Upon the death of the survivor of my sister,
Mrs.Jane Cullinan Sawyer,and brother,John Francis Cullinan,
I give and bequeath,out of the residue of my estate then remaining,
One Thousand ($1000)Dollars to the Catholic Church Extension
Society,360 North Michigan Avenue,Chicago,Illinois,for the

education and training of students wanting to become priests;
the sum of Five Hundred ($500)Dollars to Saint Paul's Roman
Catholic Orphan Asylum of Pittsburgh,located at Idlewood,;
Pennsylvania;One Hundred ($100)Dollars to the Washington Hos-
pital,Washington,Pennsylvania;One Hundred ($100)Dollars to
the Home for Homeless Boys,Boystown,Nebraska,of which the
Reverend E.J.Flanagan is now in charge.
13.Any residue then remaining,I give and
bequeath to my nieces and nephews named in paragraph nine here-
ot,to be divided equally among them.
14.I constitute and appoint as Executor and
Trustee of my estate the Fidelity Trust Company,Petroleum Build-
ing,Houston,Texas,which has had charge of and is familiar with
my affairs.
