I hereby direct that in case of my dec~ase,before my wife,Bernice
Cushing Bane,I give,devise and be ueath to her all my property,
real,personal and or mixed,of whatever nature it may be and
wher~ver found.
I further direct th&.t if my ;wife,Bernice Cushing Bane remain sin-
gle all of said property,at her death,shall go to my son,Robert
Oushin Bane,however,in case my wife,Bernice Cushing Bane should
remarry I direct that at her re~arr1age,all of said property shall
go to my son,Robert Cushing Bane.
I further direct that in case the prop~rty herein mentioned shall
b~com~the posse33ion of my wife,Bernice Cushing Bane,she shall
not sell,barter,exchange or disnose of,in any manner,any part
