Codicil to the Foregoing Will.
I~the undersigned~w.I.Horn~hereby make and publish
this as a codicil to my will dated May l5~1941,as follows:
I hereby authorize,empower and direct my Executors,Samuel
Craig and Howard M.Keys~named in my said will,to sell all my
real estate of every kind and wherever situate,at private or
public sale,upon such terms as they may deem best and to the
interest of my estate,and to execute and deliver deeds for the
same to the purchasers thereof.
Witness my hand and seal this 28th day of June,1941.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named
W.I.Horn as and for his last will and testament,in the presence
of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as
witnesses thereto,in the presence of the said testator,and of
each other.

The Last Will and Testament of W.I.Horn.
•
I,the undersigned,W.I.Horn,of West Bethlehem Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby revoking all former wills
made by me do hereby make this as and for my last will and
testament,as follows:
First:I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay
all debts and claims against my estate.
Second.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of every kind,real and personal,I hereby give,devise and
bequeath to my nephew,A.M.Horn,now residing at Sugar Land,
Texas,to my nephew,Boyd I.Horn,now residing at Tampa,Florida,
and to my brother-in-law,Samuel Craig,residing in West Bethlehem
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,in equal shares.
Third.I hereby appoint Samuel Craig and Howard M.Keys
Executors of this my last will and testament.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 15th day of May,1941.
