Pennsylvania,do hereby make and declare the following to be
my last will and testament,and I hereby revoke all wills
and papers of a testamentary nature by me at any time hereto-
fore made
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath unto my husband,
THO~~S t.CONRAD,and to h s heirs and assigns forever,abso-
lutely and in fee simple,all my estate,real,personal and
mixed,of every kind and nature and herever situated.
SECOND:I nominate and appoint Lloyd O.Hart,Esq.,of
Washington,Pennsylvania,to be the executor of this my last
will and testament.
