publish and declare this to be my Last Will alld Testament,ill manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife LUELLA
HE~rrCK,all my property,real,personal and ~ixed wherever it may
be situate and to do with the same as she may see fit.
Third.Having every confidence that my wife will use any property
that I may leave for the best interest of any children we may have,as
well as herself,I purposely make no provision for any such Child,
whether now liging or born hereafter,either during my lifetime or
after my decease.
