KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS.that I,Frances M,Bunting
of Donora,Pa.,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do here-
by make.acknowledge.publish and declare this to b~my.LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT,hereby revoking and making void any and all will or wills
by me at any time heretofore made,in the manner and form as follows,
to wit;
1.I do hereby give,devise and bequeath unto my son,
George Shadwell Beeler,all the property and estate,both real and
personal,and wheresoever located or situated,of hich I may die seiz-
ed,to take,have,own,possess and enjoy all of the same in fee simple
and absolutely,and subject only to the 9ayment of my just debts,fu-
neral expenses.and the expenses of the settlement of my estate.
2.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said
son,George Shadwell Beeler,to be the sole executor of this my said
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
WITNESS my hand and seal,this twentieth day of February,in
the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

above named Testatrix,the said Frances M.Bunting,as her LAST WILL
