of McDonald ,County of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Lillian
M.Hand and my son,LeRoy F.Burns,my real estate located at the corne
of Third Street and Jefferson Avenue,McDonald,Pennsylvania,being lot
No.192 in the JOhn N.McDonald Plan of lots,on which lot is erected
two dwelling houses,share and share alike,with the expressed provi-
sion that my sister,Mrs.Annie Lot t,shall have her home therein
during her nat~al life time.
Third:I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Lillian M.
Hand,my farm in Venango County,Pennsylvania,IN TRUST.The said
farm has been sold under a sale agreement and the money received
therefrom is to be'used f or the maintenance and c are of my sister,
Mrs.Annie Lott,or so much thereof as may be necessary for her proper
maintenance and support,and at the death of my said sister,Mrs.Annie
Lott,the balance then due from the s aid sale agreement,after her
funeral expenses have been paid,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
daughter,Lillian M.Hand,and my son,LeRoy F.Burns,share and
share alike;and further,I direct that my said daUghter,Lillian M.
Hand,shall have full power and authority to make,execute and deliver
a deed for the said farm in Venango County upon receipt of the balance
due under said sales agreement,without any obligation on the part of
the purchaser thereof to see to the application of the purchase money.
Fourth:ALL the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,which
I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,
I give,devise and bequeath to Lillian M.Hand,McDonald,Pennsylvania,
LeRoy F.Burns,-McDonald,Pennsylvania,Robert w.Burns,now of the
State of California,Charles A.Burns,of Beaumont,Texas,and Forest
Burns,of Burgettstown,Pennsylvania,SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE.
