X,Joseph S.Baringer,of West Pike Run Township,Washington
CountYf Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,.memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish anddeclare this to be my last Will and Testament,
hereby making void any and all Wills by me at any t~ne heretofore Made.
FIRST,I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied,as Boon as conveniently may be after my
decease.
SECOND,I give,devise and bequeath all my property,both
real and personal,wheresoever situate,to my dear beloved wife,Martha
I Barringer,to have and to hold same for herself,her heirs and assigns
forever.
THIRD,I hereby make,constitute and appoint my beloved wife,
the said Martha I.Baringer,to be Executri>.of this my last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I Joseph S.Baringer the testator,have
to this my last Will set my hand and seal this Twelfth day of May,One
