County of Allegheny,in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the last Will and Testament of
WILLIAM E.HAYS late of Pittsburgh
in the County aforesaid,deceased (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed,)was dilly admitted to pro-
bate;and Clarence Vi.Hays
the Executor in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed the
oath of office prescribed by law.
NOW,THEREFORE,I,JOHN M.HUSTON,Register as aforesaid,do grant these LETTERS
TESTAMENTARY,unto the said Clarence VI.Hays
committing unto him the administration of all and singu1ar the goods and chattels,rights and
credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him to exhibit a true and perfect inventory
thereof into the Register's office,at Pittsburgh,within thirty days,and to render a just and true account of said
administration in six months from the date thereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the law re-
lating to inheritance tax.
