and disposin~mind,mp.mory and understanding,to make,publi h
and declare this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
~qking void all former Hills by me at any time heretofore mad!?,
in manner following,to-wit:-
FIRST:It is my will and I hereby direct my Executor
hereinafter named,to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses
out of my estate as soon as conveniently may be done after my aecease.
SECOND:-After the payment of my just debts and funeral
expen~es,as above provided,all the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed of whatsoever kind or nature,
a d wheresoever situated at the time of my decease,I g've,devise and
bequeath unto my son,Edward L.Cunningha ,absolutely and in fee
simple,to him,hi he rs and assigns,forever.
AND L~STLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
